If you want to make changes to your delivery address please do get in touch with your order number and we can update this for you.
If your order has already shipped, we're unfortunately not able to make any changes to the delivery address.
We're committed to quick turnaround times here at Keep Club, which means that once your order has been submitted our team very quickly get to personalising your product.
If you've made a mistake or you'd like to edit your order, please get in touch as quickly as you can - we have a small window of time that we will be able to update your order before we begin processing.
If you’ve recently placed your order, but haven’t received a confirmation email please allow 2-3 hours for it to arrive in your inbox, and don't forget to check your spam. If it still doesn't arrive please reach out to our team.

If your order should have reached you by now but hasn't, you can view your tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.

We partner with Australia Post to get you your personalised goods. Your shipping notification email will provide a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post search portal to track your parcel. This applies to Standard Parcel & Express Post.
