Our Australian warehouse ships out of Geelong, Victoria - and delivers personalised goodies all around Australia via AusPost. Keep Club personalised products are all made to order.

Standard tracked delivery is $11, and express tracked delivery is $15 AUD.

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over $120 AUD, automatically applied at checkout when your cart is eligible. 

Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on Victoria, Australia public holidays.

 

As a general rule of thumb:

Standard delivery: 2 days for production + 2-8 days for delivery

Express delivery: 2 days for production + 1-4 days for delivery

Naturally these times can vary during peak and sale periods

What you need to know

There's nothing worse then seeing that 'Sorry we missed you' card instead of your box of goodies at your door step! All standard and express parcels are sent as Authority to Leave parcels so that no signature is required. Provided it is safe to do so, the courier will leave the parcel at your home.

Your parcel will only ever be taken to a post office for collection if you weren't home and the courier didn't feel it was safe to leave your item unattended.

Keep Club is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing or is stolen, regrettably, Keep Club will not be able to refund or resend the parcel in this instance. Should your parcel become lost in transit or you believe it is mis-delivered please contact customer care immediately at hello@keepclub.com.au

Keep Club reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent.

In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of placing your order and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.
