We personalise all our products right here in Geelong, Australia. No two orders are ever the same, and celebrating each unique little name that comes through is at the heart of what we do.
Production on our wall hangings is usually 2 business days, excluding public holidays.

Q: What artwork works best?
A: Simple artwork with clear lines. Try to avoid artwork with tiny details and shading. For best results, get your mini picasso a black marker and paper and work their magic.

Q: My artwork has lots of colours, will it be embroidered the same?
A: We will adjust your artwork to be a single thread colour in line with the product colour combinations. Unfortunately at this time we don't do them in full colours.

Q: Do I have to scan the artwork? I don't have a scanner!
A: A scanner works great but a clear picture of the artwork will work for us too.

Q: Will you adjust the artwork at all?
A: Not all artwork transfers easily to an embroidered design, so we may have to tweak bits - like thickening the lines, removing tiny details that won't thread well, or smoothing out some edges for a cleaner embroidery. We try our best to keep it as close to the original masterpiece as possible.

Q: What if my artwork I have chosen can't be embroidered?
A: We have some pretty talented digitisers on our team turning your kids artworks into digital embroidery files, but in the rare case an artwork just won't convert well into an embroidery file we will reach out to you and we can offer some suggestions or choose a different artwork.

Q: My photo isn't uploading, help!
A: Please make sure your picture is JPG or PNG. New iPhones tend to be a HEIC files which are incompatible. *Hot tip: screenshot your iPhone photo if it’s a HEIC - voilà, now it’s a JPG. You're welcome!
