If you’ve recently placed your order, but haven’t received a confirmation email please allow 2-3 hours for it to arrive in your inbox, and don't forget to check your spam. If it still doesn't arrive please reach out to our team.

We partner with Australia Post to get you your personalised goods. Your shipping notification email will provide a tracking number and a link to the Australia Post search portal to track your parcel. This applies to Standard Parcel & Express Post.

Our Australian warehouse ships out of Geelong, Victoria - and delivers personalised goodies all around Australia via AusPost.

You've just ordered and you need it yesterday, we get it! Express shipping is available at checkout and will cost you $15.
Auspost shipping estimates standard shipping 2-4 business days to arrive if you live in metro and outer metro areas of Australia. For those of us who love living where life moves a little slower your order may take a few extra days.
Express shipping estimates 1-3 days.

There's nothing worse then seeing that 'Sorry we missed you' card instead of your box of goodies at your door step! All standard and express parcels are sent as Authority to Leave parcels so that no signature is required. Provided it is safe to do so, the courier will leave the parcel at your home.
Your parcel will only ever be taken to a post office for collection if you weren't home and the courier didn't feel it was safe to leave your item unattended.

If you’re getting an error message after attempting to apply the promo or discount code, make sure you’ve triple checked the terms and conditions of use, that the code hasn't expired, that there are no extra spaces in your code, and that your cart is eligible for this promo.

We have optional upgrades to pimp out the gift giving experience, like our best selling polaroid, a greeting card to remind them they're one-of-a-kind, or a gift box for that extra wow.
To send directly as a gift just pop the recipient as the shipping address, we don't include any physical tax invoices in our packages so your friend won't see the receipt don't worry! The invoice will be emailed to the person placing the order.

All standard orders are wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a branded sticker, and placed inside our recyclable mailers.

As most of our products are personalised and made to order, you will not be eligible for returns or refunds on personalised products for:
- Typing errors you may have made whilst ordering
- Change of mind
- Defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear, or from abnormal use
For our range of non-personalised goods, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date you receive your order.
If you’re returning a non-personalised item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Gift Cards
Sometimes it's hard to pick the exact gift you think your loved one will want, and that is where e-Gift cards come in! They are just like regular gift cards, you choose the value and they can be used to buy personalised goodies on the keepclub.com.au website.
e-Gift Card recipients can choose to pay with the e-gift card, a credit card, or a combo of both.
Our e-Gift cards expire 3 years (or 36 months, if you're one of those people) from date of purchase.
