Processing Times

Each Keep Club piece is personalised to order.

Please allow up to 8 business days for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

During launch periods, sales or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always keep you updated if there are delays.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We don't currently ship internationally, hopefully soon!

Delays

While we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Extreme weather events

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel:

  • Check around your property

  • Check with neighbours

  • Contact the carrier directly

If your parcel appears genuinely lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.
